I'm proud to have created exciting marketing campaigns that make our brands famous and keep bringing guests through our doors.
There's no doubt I have one of the tastiest jobs at Mitchells & Butlers - working with our suppliers and brand teams to bring fresh drink & food menu ideas to the table.
With 1,700 properties to manage I make sure our leases, planning, refurbishments, acquisitions and disposals activity gives us the right locations for our businesses.
I make sure our businesses stay connected with IT systems and software to monitor sales, inventory, HR and financial data to help track business activity.
My role gives me the best of both worlds, using my financial skills to meet our legal and corporate obligations, whilst working in the buzzy world of hospitality.
