Although the food on offer and the service style varies across our 1,700 pubs, every one of our pub and restaurant business focuses on serving up high quality, freshly prepared and delicious dishes every day.
As Kitchen Manager or Head Chef you'll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
Your prior experience as a team leader in a high volume, branded in a food role, together with our training programme will enable you to thrive in this key management role and further develop your food and people skills. Before applying for this role please ask yourself - is this you?
