Nationally our pub and restaurant brands and estates are managed by our Retail Operations team to ensure that across the country we deliver a consistent guest and brand experience.
Our Area Managers work within each brand's Retail Operations team and are responsible for overseeing a multi-million pound portfolio of 10-15 pubs or restaurants within the same geographical district.
You'll lead, inspire and coach General Managers and their retail teams to maximise the guest experience and sales within your district, which can lead to rewarding bonuses for good business performance.
You'll spend most of your time out in trade visiting your pubs and meeting your General Managers, overseeing District Meetings, together with time in Head Office to input into your brand's marketing, food, training and operational development programmes.
Your prior operational experience, strong business management and people skills, together with our training programme will enable you to thrive in this key management role and benefit financially. Before applying for this role please ask yourself - is this you?
