The responsibility for making sure that Mitchells & Butlers continues to maintain its place as the UK's biggest pub and restaurant company, and ensure we keep delivering for our Stakeholders who include our people, guests, Shareholders and supply chain, falls to our Directors who all sit on our Executive Committee.

Our Directors each head up an Operational Division which includes Marketing, Property, Finance, Retail Operations, Legal and HR. They are the businesses most senior and experienced operators and make sure that their Operation supports Mitchells & Butlers corporate objective of delivering a great guest experience. Their industry experience is reinforced with leadership skills to inspire the hundreds of people within their division at every level, from waiting and executive staff, through to team leaders, Managers and Divisional Directors

Our Directors divide their time between our Birmingham-based Head and London Office, enabling them to work closely with Mitchells & Butlers specialist support teams in Marketing, Finance, Food & Drink, HR and Property, together with time out in trade to stay in touch with how our retail businesses are performing from an operational perspective.

With significant experience leading large hospitality businesses our Directors have the leadership skills and business acumen to motivate, challenge and energise their Division, manage complex problems, ensure legal and financial compliance and staying sharp on the detail to ensure the Division supports the corporate goal of delivering for Shareholders and Stakeholders.

For roles at this level we offer a bespoke remuneration package which is designed to attract and retain the most skilled operators within the hospitality and corporate sectors.
