What has been your highlight of the apprenticeship experience?I learnt a lot more about the industry as a whole. My trainer was always there to support me personally and help me out with balancing my job responsibilities with coursework. What is your favourite part of your job role?I like how social the work can be. Has the apprenticeship made you view your job role differently?Yes. The coaching from my trainer made me see this as a career rather than a job. Were there any challenges in your role, if you how did you overcome them?I found the IT side of the course a challenge but this is where my manager and trainer have been the hugest help! Would you recommend an apprenticeship to your team or friends?Definitely. It looks great on your CV. It can open your eyes. And you get a qualification while earning. What would you tell someone who is considering starting a M&B apprenticeship?Just listen up and be prepared to take all the information on board. The trainers know a lot so the best thing you can do is respect that and learn as much as you can from them.
