Join us at Ember Inns, we’re a home away from home. Think real ales, traditional pub grub and roaring log fires: we’re the local to be proud of.

So, if you want to be at the heart of the neighbourhood, we want to hear from you.

As a Hospitality Management Development Apprentice at Ember Inns, you will be a leader of the future. You’ll know our menu inside out and recommend your favourites, mastering both the kitchen and serving our guests.

In your first year, you will gain experience in the kitchen creating our popular dishes, then as part of our bar and waiting team creating memorable moments for our guests. As you develop, you’ll take on additional responsibilities including recruiting new team members, leading small teams and becoming a specialist in cask ales, cocktails or wines.

Your first year will see you achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Services Licensed Retail Apprenticeship, before deciding whether to continue your development towards the role of Kitchen Manager or Assistant Manager.
