By taking on a full-time role as a Hospitality Management Development Apprentice, not only will you achieve a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship, you will also enhance your service and communication skills and become more confident under the supervision of our passionate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Have a passion for hospitality (if you know, you know!)
- Identify the needs of the guest to make every guest feel valued
- Responsibility for cash and company stock
- Be part of great team moments
- Show an appetite for personal development and learning
- Be a champion of high standards and lead by example
You must be 18 to apply to this due to licencing laws
What your apprenticeship includes
- A mixture of face to face and skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks
- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
- Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Trainer
- Feedback sessions to discuss progress
- Obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
- 30 hours paid work every week
