Joao Paulo Aveiro Vasconcelos completed his Commis Chef level 2 certificate at the start of this year. At Brown's in London, he enjoyed the experience so much he's already looking forward to starting the next phase in our Chef Academy. Our Chef Academy comes very highly recommended.
