Your Interview

This is your chance to talk more about you, we want to hear all about what you have done up to this point and what skills you have for the jobs. Don't worry its also an opportunity for you to ask us anything you may want to know the job.

STart your apprenticeship IN May

You’ll learn more at your interview on what you can expect on your first day. You can expect to be introduced to the team, get shown the ropes and gain access to our award winning training platform. You’ll feel like part of the family in no time at all.

What do I need?

There are some ‘must haves’ when applying for an apprenticeship at Mitchells & Butlers. You must be passionate about a career in hospitality, with a desire to learn. We don’t expect you to have any relevant experience, we’re looking for your personality and potential instead! So if you are looking for your first job, or tempted by a change in career, an apprenticeship could be a great choice for you.

When can I start an apprenticeship?

Our apprenticeships are starting on 17th May when our pubs reopen their doors.

How long is my apprenticeship?

All our apprenticeships are 12 months long
