As Head Chef at All Bar One Exchange Edinburgh you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.

This is ideal for somebody looking to have a bit more of a work/life balance. Due to high work-force demand, this business is closed most Sundays apart from festival season and Christmas season. It's also not a late night venue due to being a work-force led clientelle, and food stops approx 8-9pm most evenings - could this be the change you're after?
