And with so many properties to manage, our property team have the opportunity to work on a range of projects from managing round the clock reactive maintenance to refurbishment and major conversions. To support this work, we recruit for a diverse range of roles from building surveyors to electricians and multi-skilled tradespeople.
Our Property Teams
To support with our Capital Plan Programme, we're always looking for ways to keep our pubs, bars and restaurants looking fresh. Our Building Development team manage these projects from start to finish so our businesses can continue to delight our guests.
The beating heart of the Property department, our Building Services team are there to maintain great working relationships with our suppliers whilst supporting and co-ordinating across various projects and initiatives to ensure that our Property strategy is delivered as smoothly as possible.
Every now and then something breaks, so our dedicated team of Multi-skilled tradespeople are the unsung heroes who are always on hand to offer a solution and getting things back on track as quickly as possible.
The Estates Management team support the brands in all things asset related - this includes estate and capital planning, investment prioritisation, completion of final appraisals and preparing and submitting requests for capital expenditure.
With millions of guests coming through our doors every year, sometimes our businesses need a little TLC. Our Building Maintenance team are on hand to keep our businesses safe and well maintained to deliver great service.
