PRIDE at M&B

We were proud to join our hometown LGBTQ+ community on the 25th May for the Birmingham Pride Festival for our 3rd consecutive year, marching in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community and look forward to attending Manchester Pride in August.

We're on a journey to become truly inclusive and diverse ensuring all our sites throughout the UK are welcoming and safe spaces for people of all ages, genders, religions, ethnicities, races, cultures, sexual orientations, and educational backgrounds.

We want to keep the conversation evolving with the support of our internal communities such as M&Be Yourself, who of course attends the Pride Parades, and the evolution of our D&I strategy and our charitable partnerships. This year we supported Birmingham LGBT who offer a range of services for the LGBTQ+ community in Birmingham.
