Each of our pub and restaurant brands has its own individual style, but every one of our 1,700 pubs and restaurants has a General Manager that makes sure that their business consistently serves up delicious food and drink and a great guest experience.
In the General Manager Designate role you'll be working within a training programme which will lead to the responsibility of running your own pub business as a fully-fledged General Manager.
To be successful, you'll be responsible and confident in a leadership role, with organisation and attention to detail to stay on top of every element of running a pub or restaurant business; from juggling front of house and kitchen operations, through to staffing, inventory, entertainment, local marketing and finance.
Your prior experience in a team leader role, together with our training programme will enable you to successfully transition into the General Manager role and reap the financial rewards that can be achieved with a great business performance.
