I have been part of Mitchells & Butlers Recruitment Team since 2022 but with Mitchells & Butlers much longer, across various roles in operations and HR and Training. I recruit for General Managers and Head Chef/Kitchen Managers across Yorkshire and Humberside. I feel particularly at home in this patch as a Yorkshire girl myself! I previously recruited for the North West so know lots about our businesses in the North. I partner with Area Managers across lots of our brands including Harvester and Miller & Carter to name just a couple!

What do I love about my role? There is a lot I love about my role, but mainly it’s getting to speak with lots of different people. I love to chat through experience and find out what people are really looking for in a role with us so I can find the best opportunities for individuals. Mitchells & Butlers really is a company that values their team and supports progression, never did I think when I joined at 18 as a part time waitress that I would still be here nearly 15 years later but I really have been supported to grow and develop and you could be to!
