I’ve been part of Mitchells & Butlers Recruitment Team since 2021. I recruit for General Manager and Head Chef/Kitchen Manager positions across the East and West Midlands, down through the corridor to North London and surrounding areas, such as Surrey and Kent. In the past, I’ve also worked in the Southeast and Essex, as well as along the South Coast, so I know our businesses inside out from the Midlands downwards. I work closely with amazing Area Managers across fantastic brands like Toby Carvery and Miller & Carter - to name a few!
