We have a fabulous opportunity for a driven, high performing Head Chef to run the kitchen at The Old Thameside Inn.

The Old Thameside Inn is located on the banks of the River Thames, right in the heart of the superbly scenic London Bridge area. You’re also within walking distance of an abundance of London’s most iconic attractions, which can all be found nearby, including the likes of The Shard, London Bridge Experience & London Tombs, Southwark Cathedral, Borough Market, and the world-famous William Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. 


We are flagship business within the brand and M&B with very strong drink sales and food sales are commendable. We have a real opportunity to take the food element to the next level and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about all thing’s food related. Could that be you?

On average, the weekly take for this business is £70,00. You'll be as busy as a bee!



 Food/DRINK SPLIT

We're a drink led business, with 25% food and 75% drink split. We want you to change that and lead our food sales to above and beyond. 




Team Size

We have a great team of 33 in place. Altough there is a lot of us, we really do make it feel like a family business.
