Our HR Graduate Scheme is a chance to get close to the heart of our people agenda,
build practical HR experience and discover what it takes to make a difference in a

available, you’ll have the opportunity to stand out, take ownership and make your mark
from the start.
Across 12 months, you’ll experience different sides of HR, gaining hands-on experience
in generalist HR, recruitment and a placement in another area of the business. You’ll work on real challenges, contribute to meaningful work and see first-hand how
great people practices can make a difference to our colleagues and our business. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to learn from those around you. From working alongside experienced HR colleagues to building relationships across the wider business, you’ll grow your confidence, expand your network and develop the skills to take on your next challenge.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have a broad understanding of HR, valuable
experience across different areas of the business and a clearer sense of where your
strengths could take you. Most importantly, you’ll be ready to shape your future HR career with Mitchells & Butlers.
