Our Finance Graduate Scheme is designed to challenge you, support you and give you the experience you need to build a successful career in one of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic sectors. And with just one Finance graduate opportunity available, this is your chance to stand out, take on real responsibility and make your mark from the very beginning.
Over 18 months, you’ll gain broad, hands-on experience through placements across a range of Finance teams, including brand-aligned Finance, Pricing, Financial Accounts, Property, Procurement and Guest Insight. You’ll work on meaningful projects that add real value, getting involved in decisions that help shape our business and the experiences we create for our guests.
You won’t be doing it alone. With dedicated support, on-the-job experience and opportunities to learn from colleagues across the business, you’ll be encouraged to challenge yourself, build your confidence and develop the skills you need to thrive. We’ll also support you every step of the way as you work towards a professional accounting qualification, with full support for CIMA or ACCA through BPP Professional Education.
By the end of the scheme, you’ll have built a strong foundation of finance and commercial experience, a recognised professional qualification pathway and the confidence to take the next step in your career.
