Our Property Undergraduate Work Placement gives you the opportunity to experience
property from the inside, working across a diverse estate that spans around 2,500
properties - from Grade I listed buildings to modern retail parks. You’ll gain real
responsibility, work alongside experienced professionals and see how property
decisions make a difference across our business.
During your placement, you’ll get exposure to key areas including Building
Maintenance, Development, Estate Management and Property Finance, giving you a
broad view of what it takes to manage and develop a large corporate property portfolio.
You’ll be surrounded by people who know their stuff, including RICS, CIOB and CABE
professionals, and you’ll have a Chartered Professional as your mentor. They’ll give you
guidance, share their experience and support you as you take on new challenges and
build your confidence. Most importantly, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines. You’ll get involved in
real projects and meaningful work, developing practical skills and gaining an
understanding of how property supports one of the UK’s leading hospitality businesses.
