OUR EMPLOYEE-LED INCLUSION GROUPS

We are working hard to make Mitchells & Butlers a place which is inclusive for all of our team, where everyone can feel valued.

We currently have four employee-led groups, each with a different areas of focus and together they are helping to support our diversity and inclusion strategy. Our inclusion groups are driving awareness across the business and offering valuable insight into the things that matter most to our teams.
