We have an amazing opportunity for a driven, high performing General Manager to run one of our flagship Premium Country Pubs.

SALARY: Up to £48,000 plus bonus

The Dukes Head is a flagship site for Premium Country Pubs, one of the first pubs to join the group and the first to move onto the exciting, fresh, high energy menu. Busy all year round with a 100+ cover dining room the Dukes Head averages £40k per week and up to £80k in December The site was fully refurbished in 2019 and remains one of the most attractive and desirable locations in the area. We have a team of 45 on board including a 12 strong kitchen team with an established Head and Sous Chef. 

We are looking for a fantastic leader who can bring The Duke's Head forward into the next chapter of its history creating a whole new set of memories and iconic moments for our team and guests, taking your career to a whole new level.
