We have a fabulous opportunity for a driven, high performing Kitchen Manager to run the kitchen at Miller & Carter Glasgow.

SALARY: Up to £38,000 plus bonus

Housed in a stunning former bank originally constructued in 1889, Miller & Carter Glasgow is the flagship business in the Miller & Carter brand. In order to ensure we're keeping true to our roots, we are always ensuring that we have the best product on the market and our chefs are trained to respect the steak and cook it to perfection every time. We have another 126 across the country and our motto is ‘For The Love Of Steak’. Our restaurant here in Glasgow holds 170 covers and our team currently numbers 82 team members across the business, of which 22 can be found in the kitchen. We have a well established kitchen team with most being with us for over 5 years now which makes for a strong and well functioning brigade. All we are missing is a strong, experienced leader to steer the ship and keep them achieving great things!

I have worked for Mitchells & Butlers for over 10 years now and Miller & Carter for the past 6.
