Miller & Carter Glasgow is our flagship Miller & Carter for the brand and we has another 126 nationwide.  Our moto is ‘For The Love Of Steak’ - we  ensure we have the best product on the market and we train our chefs to respect the steak and cook it to perfection. We are a 170 cover restaurant with 82 team members, of that we have 22 in the kitchen with most of them being with us for over 5 years now, we have a very strong young team and need a new leader to drive them forward and achieve great things.

 We are housed in an old bank in St Vincent Street, Glasgow, which was built in 1889 and housed a bank right up until the early 90’s when the post office moved in and we then opened our doors on the 4th of March 2017.

• Be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards
• Oversee food ordering
• Food preparation
• Delivery of operations
• Manage a team
• Stock control
• Always conform to health and hygiene regulations
