The key responsibility of this role is:
Actively seeking out business for the function rooms, using social media and advertising etc. Planning, organising & on day coordinating weddings, functions and other events, Menu planning alongside head chef Building networks and relationships with community groups, businesses & suppliers Supporting pub management with the running of promotional activities within the business Hotel administration & organisational duties

DESIRABLE:
2-3 years’ experience as a Sales and/or Events Manager OR within a face-to-face sales/tele sales
Experience in converting enquires into sales
Experience and knowledge of outreach/lead generating activity
Excellent customer service and communication skills
