ABOUT THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES...
As a SALES & EVENTS MANAGER covering multiple venues, you will drive additional revenue through the introduction of new customers and proactive outreach as well as implementing local attraction strategies, to name a few.

    • Drive new business revenue through proactive sales activity, including outreach campaigns, cold calling, networking, showcases, referrals, and corporate engagement.
    • Grow group bookings and event sales by identifying, converting, and securing private hire, exclusive use, and full venue buyouts across the London estate.
    • Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, tour operators, and third-party bookers to maximise year-round revenue.
    • Create, sell, and deliver bespoke events and brand-led experiences across both B2B and B2C channels.
    • Achieve agreed revenue targets and KPIs through structured sales planning, pipeline management, and regular performance tracking.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely responses, professional communication, and excellent end-to-end customer care.
    • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver large-scale event concepts and targeted sales initiatives.
    • Promote and sell all venue spaces, function rooms, and under-utilised areas, identifying new opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
    • Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
    • Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events, with flexibility to travel and work key business occasions as required.
DESIRABLE:
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales & Events Manager OR within a face-to-face sales/tele sales
  • Experience in converting enquires into sales
  • Experience and knowledge of outreach/lead generating activity
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
