As an Area Manager with Browns Brasserie & Bars you’ll lead a district of bespoke sites in our Southern district, where one thing is for certain, no two days are the same- they rarely are in roles as exciting and varied as this.
Distinguished Modern British Brasserie’s – where polish, professionalism and relaxed charm come as standard. This district however, is particularly exciting it includes some of our original and most beautiful sites. Your district takes in the South West with Exeter, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff, then heads over to Oxford, Milton Keynes and concludes in the east with Cambridge and Bluewater. Many of these sites have recently received significant investment and, we are sure you’ll agree, look every inch as a beautiful Brasserie should. Through your passion, experience and leadership, you’ll inspire your teams to grow and develop, serve up great guest experiences and smash targets each and every day.
Our teams are large and diverse so leading, managing and inspiring large numbers of team members and management staff (back and front of house) is crucial to the success of this district. But most importantly- you'll know how to have fun and celebrate success as a team when all the hard work pays off.

What will I be doing…?
Your job will be so varied and rewarding that this little taster will never do it justice, but we'll give it our best shot.
- Making sure your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes to food, drink and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
- Leading large and diverse teams both front and back of house across the sites in your district
- Driving people succession through your district through coaching and mentoring
- You’ll spend time across your district supporting your teams, making sure they’re the best they can be and working together to deliver results to be proud of
- Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistent high standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
- You’ll ensure your teams maintain a safe, clean and risk-free environment
