We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity as an Assistant Marketing Manager for our City division, which encompasses some of our most exciting and well-loved brands - All Bar One, Browns, and Nicholson’s. These distinctive brands offer unique experiences, ranging from our iconic Nicholson’s pubs that are steeped in history, to a stylish dining experience at Browns, and our home of the cocktail - All Bar One. All of these great brands are found at landmark locations across City Centres across the UK. This role would suit a self-driven individual looking to further develop their digital passion and diversify their skills across multiple brands.
As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing digital and campaign plans, as well as owing divisional projects such as Sustainability, Delivery and Local social. You will drive consumer engagement and conversion across digital channels and platforms, bringing the brands identities to life and showcasing the guest experience for each brands’ unique guest base.
Your role will be mobile, focusing on our sites across the UK, so the ability to be flexible with travel is essential.

The Opportunity – Assistant Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Digital and Campaign Marketing Manager for our City Division, the Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Contributing to, and supporting the delivery of, the brand digital marketing plans to drive reach, awareness, engagement and conversion
- Create in site and digital assets to promote and drive bookings for campaigns and key date activity. Ensuring all creative represents the brand values and the brand experience.
- Driving the brand’s digital agenda, from web and app developments to social and CRM strategy and implementation
- Owning the Social Plan for the brand, creating and curating engaging, brand-relevant content
- Owning the CRM Plan for the brand to drive sign ups, loyalty and frequency
- Driving brand sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition
- Overseeing brand campaign calendar and deliver frontline briefs/comms
What you’ll need to bring to the Assistant Marketing Manager role:
- 3 years + digital and brand marketing experience, ideally within a large organisation in a multi brand environment
- Digitally savvy, with a passion for exciting and enthusing their audience to drive action through digital channels
- An excellent communicator with a love for managing projects at pace with great quality and commercial results
- Excellent attention to detail
