We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Manager for New Product Development to join our Marketing Innovation team.
Working in a mobile role you will be supporting the NPD Marketing Managers and wider Innovation team in the development of marketing plans for existing innovation concepts; Delivery, Click & Collect and Order at Table; Future concepts and Brand initiatives. You will be a creative, self-starter with a can do attitude and a passion for brands, new innovation and trends. You will be results driven and able to effectively deliver, working closely with a cross-functional network, both internally and externally. This exciting role demands creative thinking with strong commercial skills and an unwavering attention to detail. This is an implementation role that requires a high degree of flexibility.

The Opportunity – Assistant Marketing Manager
- Supporting the NPD Marketing Manager in providing high quality marketing delivery across a wide variety of marketing innovation projects
- Supporting the development of and owning the implementation effective on- and offline ‘BAU’ marketing plans for existing new concepts
- Supporting on the development of new concept, channel and new product pipelines
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with the day to day management of Delivery, Click & Collect and Order at table requirements including promotions, campaign management, social, web, photography and comms
- Responsible for the development, co-ordination and communication of the day to day business reports required to assess progress, issues, recommended decisions and results of innovation projects
- Developing and maximising third party relationships in conjunction with key internal stakeholders to deliver ‘on-brand’ objectives and strategies
- Managing relationships with external creative teams, digital marketing teams, market research agencies, food and drink suppliers, print management and other vendors
- Supporting the management of the assigned marketing resources and budgets effectively

- Highly flexible – with a ‘can do’ attitude, creative thinker and proactive at resolving issues
- Creative, resilient, with boundless energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with an absolute focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget
- 2-3 years’ experience of successful brand, product and/or concept development within the hospitality/retail sector
- Experience of working in fast paced retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- An understanding of consumer segmentation, profiling and analysis
- Experience working in guest focused, highly commercial sales & marketing teams
