We have a great opportunity for a permanent Digital Deployment Manager. We’re looking for somebody who is passionate about Business Change and can manage the delivery of multiple digital projects across our brands, specifically owning project plans which encompass multiple teams such as marketing, technology, and operations.

The Opportunity – Digital Deployment Manager  

As Digital Deployment Manager reporting directly into our Senior Manager – Digital Change, you will: -

·  Working closely with Mitchells & Butlers’s tech development teams to facilitate Canary releases, local trials, and full brand deployments of new features – actively driving continual service improvement principals and opportunities.

·  Project Manage within an Agile environment, bringing together multiple teams to create end to end deployment plans which encompass both technology and business readiness tasks

· Facilitate content changes across M&B’s digital channels – working hand in hand with content managers and M&B’s product programme team

· Create briefing materials which include Intranet articles, newsletters, presentations, and project status reports

· Deliver engaged and focused presentations across Mitchells & Butlers brand teams either virtually or face to face.

What you’ll need to bring to the Digital Deployment Manager role: -

· Experience of delivering complex digital projects within an e-commerce environment as part of a large organisation

· Experience of managing third party vendors with a particular focus on commercial and service elements

· Be commercially astute, with experience in an e-commerce environment. Understanding where Mitchells & Butlers can exploit features to drive commercial benefit

· The ability to bring teams on a journey of transformation through verbal storytelling and relationship building

· An inquisitive problem solving mindset, who can understand complex operational challenges and help define technology solutions that drive efficiency and commercial benefit
