Do you have a passion for food, drink and data combined? We have an exciting opportunity on a 12 month fixed term basis to join the expanding world of digital menus &ordering, working within our menu integration system to create & support all aspects of Mitchells & Butlers digital food & drink offer.

As a Digital Menu Manager you’ll be working at our Birmingham City Centre head office in a flexible role, working closely with our data, Marketing and Food Development teams to control the creation, maintenance and deployment of menus for Order at table, Click & Collect and integration with our delivery partners. This is an ever-changing role that requires innovative thinking and continuous development.

What will Ibe doing?
- Supporting the digital menu maintenance through communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing data analysis as requested for the Data Management team and external teams.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing teams and Digital Marketing teams to ensure prompt and accurate information is provided to configure digital channels.
- Ensuring that information is collected and used in a timely manner to implement a brands digital menu cycle on time in line with the expectations of the business.
- Ensuring the user experience is always at the forefront of all digital menu builds.
- Being Frontline focused during all digital menu activities.
- Bethe best practice advisor for all digital menu setup queries and approaches.
- Acquisition sand conversations completed on time & 100% accurate to ensure no impact for any outlets changing brand or segment,
- Working alongside other teams to ensure digital menu setup is always up to date.
- Constant improvement & ownership of processes relating to digital menus.
- Data Quality issues resolved to agreed standard within agreed timelines 100% of the time.
- Providing support data and information for ongoing analysis, and informed decision making.
- Maintenance of retail items, choices, imagery, guest facing information within digital menus.
- Maintain menu availability for digital channels.

- Strong analytical and insight skills.
- High attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement within a strong team culture.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to think of innovative solutions.
- Great communication skills with the ability to influence senior colleagues.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Understanding of EPOS systems.
- Demonstratable knowledge and experience of Excel is essential.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and APIs would be beneficial
