We have an exciting opportunity within the Energy Project Team on a fixed term contract basis for a 6 month duration. This role will primarily be focussed on the successful delivery of a large-scale energy saving project. If you thrive on project planning and coordination, coupled with an enthusiasm about reducing energy consumption across the company, this could be an ideal opportunity!
As an Energy Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Energy Project Team who work closely various departments across the business to reduce energy consumption. This role will require a highly organised, self-motivated and tenacious individual to assist with the success rollout of an estate-wide project, that will reduce energy consumption across our retail businesses.
Working in our Birmingham city centre head office – office flexible role. You’ll be part of the Operational Effectiveness Team.

What will I be doing…?
- Working closely with the Energy Project Manager to implement a rollout programme across the majority of our retail businesses
- Working with key internal stakeholders to plan, schedule and deliver energy saving technologies across our retail businesses
- Taking part in project meetings
- Tracking and adhering to a budget that implements cost-saving measures
- Consistently monitoring the costs, progress and quality of a project
- Organising all project-related paperwork and documentation
- Communicating with Suppliers to continuously track project objectives
- Coordinating project stakeholders so workflow remains on schedule
- Communicating directly with our Frontline Retail Managers
- Compile and distribute KPI data
