Due to internal succession, we have a great opportunity for a Finance Manager to work within our l Brand Finance team. As an experienced Finance Manager you will be working within our Retail Support Centre in an office flexible role, responsible for providing financial management and analysis to your aligned brand operations teams and stakeholders, giving proactive and value added insight into all areas of performance and playing an influential role as part of the Brand Executive team.

What will I be doing?
- Providing financial support and analysis to Operations in the relevant brand focusing on performance analysis, providing insight and influencing brand performance. Aswell as delivering specific technical analysis as required, including margin, pricing, and productivity.
- Preparing and delivering aligned brand plans, brand budgets and forecasts
- Leading the brand profit reviews with Operations Directors, with focus on underperformance and any recommendations of improvements
- Sitting within the Brand Executive Committee to support with evaluating, reviewing and challenging proposed initiatives within the brand, including capital expenditure proposals, range change, menu change, promotional activity, and brand evolution. Ensuring changes to the brand economic models are forecasted and well communicated
What do I need?

· A professional accountancy qualification, 2 years’ post qualification experience in a relevant role
· Proven stakeholder management expertise with excellent communication skills
- Sound commercial judgement and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to assume full ownership of responsibilities, influence stakeholders and make a positive impact whilst challenging analysis of performance
