Head of Brand Marketing


We are actively recruiting a permanent Head of Brand Marketing. The Head of Brand Marketing role oversees the marketing for multiple MAB brands, and in your role of Head of Brand Marketing, you will successfully lead the development and delivery of integrated brand strategic plans, maximising impact and sales growth for the Division. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, whilst working closely aligned to the Divisional Director and Leadership team, this is a great opportunity to grow your talents and demonstrate your capability to operate at this level.

The Opportunity – Head of Brand Marketing


· Successfully and profitably managing the delivery and development of multiple brand marketing plans

· Leading all marketing and communications activity across all platforms including digital, strategic, and creative direction along with issue management expertise in order to deliver aligned brand strategies

· Leading, motivating, and engaging teams of marketeers to deliver aligned brand marketing plans

· Leading the development of effective relationships and partnerships both internally and externally to maximise engagement and delivery

· Building and maintaining internal strong working relationships with the Divisional and Brand Leadership teams across the Division

· Effectively managing the delivery of Divisional marketing spend and supplier funding budget

· Championing a guest focused strategy across the division, ensuring we have market leading propositions in the respective markets aligned to individual brands

· Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor strategy and performance using analytical frameworks, strategic business models and tools to interpret and translate the results to keep ahead of developments in the field of marketing, maintaining professional links with the industry and incorporating fresh approaches into marketing plans

 


What you’ll need to bring to the Head of Brand Marketing role: -

· 5 years + working as a Brand marketeer with sound experience delivering plans aligned to brand strategy

· Experience of engaging, leading and coaching a team of marketeers to deliver complex marketing plans

· Proven experience of managing a substantial marketing budget to target

· A passion and interest in the future direction of the UK Pubs and Restaurant sector

· A strategic thinker with experience of successfully influencing and directing strategic development in a complex stakeholder environment

· Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent or competing demands
