We have two unique and great opportunities within our Property Development Team for two Kitchen Design Managers, both on 12-month fixed term contracts. Here at Mitchells & Butlers, we are at the heart of hospitality. With over 1,600 sites we’re the home of some of the nation’s favourite restaurants, bustling bars, cosy country pubs and the local you didn’t know we owned. It’s been a tough eighteen months, but we’re not letting that stop us! Our investment programme is underway, and we have been working in the background to make sure we come back stronger than ever.  If you’re as passionate about hospitality as we are, we want to hear from you!

Working in a mobile role, you will be required to travel nationwide, partnering with a wider internal Kitchen design team to design and deliver safe, ergonomic, and commercially sound kitchen designs for kitchens across our overall estate and across a variety of our brands. As Kitchen Design Manager, you will continuously and effectively provide and support our front-line teams with the opportunity to deliver the best guest experience in an environment they are proud to work in. Drawing on your professional experience, you will build and maintain successful key stakeholder relationships to enable the effective delivery of kitchen investments, be it through re-models, conversions, acquisitions, safety requirements or other company initiatives.
