Marketing Manager – All Bar One
Are you an ambitious marketing professional with a real passion for drink and food, looking for a new challenge and agenda? We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate Marketing Manager to join the All Bar One team on a permanent basis.
All Bar One is a high street brand of premium bars operating in London and cities around the UK. Our bars are stylish places for spirited people to meet friends, celebrate life and be the first to experience exciting drinks and food. We have two long standing charity partnerships with Shelter & Veganuary, and we are proud of the work we’ve done so far to reduce the environmental impact of our bars. We know there is still much more to do, but we are determined to keep making improvements and sustainable choices.
As All Bar One Marketing Manager this mobile role, offers a real opportunity to make an impact and shape the future of one of Mitchells & Butlers best known brands. The role will provide stretching projects that are high profile within the wider business, therefore a self-starter with a real passion for the brand and industry would be desirable.

What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing for the City Division, the Marketing Manager for All Bar One main responsibilities will include:
- Driving All Bar One sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition
- Evolving the brand proposition using guest and market insight to ensure the guest experience across food, drink, environment & experience is market leading
- Planning and executing All Bar One marketing communications strategy and annual plans to deliver compelling campaigns, partnerships and a competitive guest experience
- Supporting the bar managers and operations team to deliver the offer in line with brand expectations
- Managing the brands digital strategy to maximise opportunities to communicate across all channels (inclusive of CRM) to drive awareness, traffic, engagement, usage and bookings. This will include developing and delivering the social media, content and PR strategy for the brand.
- Working with suppliers to create effective reason to visits and successful activation plans that target the guest to drive awareness and maximise sales
- Driving the development and implementation of drink and food menus that are relevant to the consumer
- Working with the sales team to maximise large party bookings and increase awareness and bookings with tourist third parties
- Leading, developing and coaching an Assistant Marketing Manager with full line management accountability.
- Managing all brand marketing expenditure in line with agreed budgets and forecasts
What do I need?
Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have...
- 3 years + brand marketing experience, with proven performance
- A strategic and commercial attitude to Sales & Marketing
- Previous experience & knowledge of London’s drink & food market (preferred)
- Digital focus with strategic content and social media campaigns
- Demonstrable track record delivering consumer engagement
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm and passion
- An absolute focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget
- Ability to be flexible with travel as regular travel to London will be required as part of this role
