Are you an ambitious marketing professional with a real passion for food and drink? If you are a strategic marketing specialist we have a great opportunity for you. We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead the agenda for a leading brand within our varied portfolio.
This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Marketing professional to shape the future of this fun and growing estate.
This is a field-based role with flexible travel required, reporting to the Divisional Head of Marketing.

The Opportunity - Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Divisional Head of Brand Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition
- Evolving the brand proposition - using guest and market insight to create market leading propositions across drink, food, environment & experience
- Planning and executing the marketing communications strategy and annual plans to deliver compelling campaigns, partnerships and a competitive guest experience
- Working with suppliers to create effective reason to visits and successful activation plans that target the guest to drive awareness and maximise sales
- Driving the development and implementation of drink and food menus that are relevant to the consumer and key market trends
- Managing all brand marketing expenditure in line with agreed budgets and forecasts
What you’ll need to bring to the Marketing Manager role:

- 3 years + brand marketing experience, with proven performance
- A strategic and commercial attitude to Sales & Marketing
- Demonstrable track record delivering consumer engagement
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
- A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm and passion
- An absolute focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget
