Are you an ambitious marketing professional with a passion for food and drink, looking for a new challenge and agenda? We have an opportunity to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity to build your marketing portfolio and work on M&B’s largest brand, Sizzling Pubs, delivering volume and market share growth. With over 240 Sizzling Pubs, there are exciting plans to develop the brand to reimagine our sizzle and reclaim our place as the leaders in the value pub market!  This is a mobile role, closely aligned to our Head of Marketing for the Pubs Division.

What will I be doing?


· Driving Sizzling Pubs sales, profit and market share objectives in line with company ambition

· Planning and executing Sizzling Pubs marketing strategy using guest and market insight to deliver compelling customer propositions

· Managing the brand to maximise opportunities to communicate across all channels, driving awareness, engagement and usage

· Delivering brand aligned digital communication strategies inclusive of CRM

· Leading, developing and coaching two Assistant Marketing Managers with full line management accountability, including reviewing and managing performance and retention of team

· Managing all brand marketing expenditure in line with agreed budgets and forecasts


What do I need?


Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have...  


· 4 years + experience, with proven performance in a strategic Marketing specialist role

· A strategic and commercial attitude to Sales & Marketing

· Digital focus with content strategic and social media campaigns

· Demonstrable track record delivering consumer engagement
