This job has passed its sell-by date. All good things must come to an end! Why not dip into one of the following...
Operations Director – O’Neill’s & High Street. UK 'mobile' working
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Operations Director to lead, inspire and coach a high performing Operations Team. Reporting to and working alongside the Divisional Director, you will play a key role in the evolution and development of the brands strategy with the support of your Operations Team (Operations Manager and 8 Area Managers) and central teams to include Marketing, Human Resources, Property and Finance. You will also have the opportunity to work on company and brand level projects alongside delivering an extensive and fast paced capital investment programme.
High Street operates 111 pubs, bars and venues stretching across the UK to include 41 branded O’Neill’s pubs and venues and some of the UK’s most iconic, individual venues and town centre pubs. Our teams are focused on creating memorable experiences for guests, serving great food and drink and hosting sport, live music and entertainment with passion and pride. The estate is diverse, spanning both low and high energy guest occasions as well as some late night trading. We are searching for a Leader that can match our teams passion for pubs and bars and can lead from the front, delivering with the same pace and energy.
Our ideal candidate will have an amazing understanding of the food and drink market place. Experience of high street, high volume and the late night market is not essential but it would be an advantage. This role would be suited to either an existing Operations Director or to an experienced Operations Manager looking for progression to their first Operations Director role. Whilst our head office is located in Birmingham, this is a national role which is ‘mobile based’ with a bias to southern geography.
