Do you share our love for the vibrant world of hospitality and finance combined? We have an exciting opportunity within our Brand Finance Team for a Pricing Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis. Working in our Birmingham city centre head office in an office flexible role, you will be responsible for supporting the Heads of Pricing in providing group-wide reporting and financial/market analysis, as well as Divisional support as required.

What will I be doing?

  • Support the Heads of Pricing on group level activity and initiatives, such as providing reporting on key activity or collating data and providing insight.
  • Support Divisional pricing as required, for example reporting on promotional activity, or assisting with the creation of drink and food modelling for use by Pricing Managers, especially at peak times where Divisional bottlenecks arise. Over time this would evolve into owning entire Pricing processes for a brand on a rotational basis.
  • Owning the weekly submission of data to the CGA market tracker and providing the Heads of Pricing with the summary of M&B performance vs. the market
  • Collate, analyse and interpret the latest competitor pricing and promotional activity and provide insight to pricing colleagues. Take full ownership of the competitor pricing approach, modelling and analysis to provide timely and dynamic insight.
  • Support the Heads of Pricing on the analysis and evaluation of company-wide promotional activity
  • Promote financial best practice by working with Finance and non-Finance colleagues and live the Brand Finance PRIDE values.

Qualifications:

  • Degree Calibre; Professional Accountancy Qualification is desirable, but not essential
