We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Control Auditor to join our Retail Control Team on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be detecting fraudulent behaviour within our business by analysing transactional information from multiple data sources.  You will also provide reporting whilst adhering to company investigation and disciplinary procedures for the effective handling of cases. You will work in partnership with both Operations and our Central Functions to proactively improve performance and process.


Our much-loved pubs, bars and restaurants stretch across the UK and for this role you will need to be based in London and/or the Hertfordshire area.  If you’re passionate about hospitality, we want to hear from you!

What will I be doing?

  • Analysing numerous data sources to uncover suspicious behaviour & patterns
  • Limiting the risk and improving business performance
  • Effectively using non-confrontational interview techniques
  • Supporting the department in creating an effective deterrent to fraud
  • Utilising the central specialised teams for specific technical support and to develop confidence and knowledge to aid business level problem solving
