We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our Premium Division Brand Marketing team, working across all brands’ social platforms in the division to include Miller & Carter, Vintage Inns and Premium Country Pubs.

 

As Social Media Content Creator, this role offers a real opportunity to make an impact and shape social media content in a very exciting division- which offers variety of  experience to work on a well known established brand like Miller& Carter to soft brands with more complexity like Vintage Inns and Premium Country Pubs. Working in a mobile role, you will be in a full time role Monday – Friday, which may include some peak time visits and support, including evenings and weekends. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager for our Premium Division, you will be part of the wider Brand Marketing team.

The Opportunity – Social Media Content Creator

  • Working closely with our Digital Brand Marketing Team to help shape the social content for Miller & Carter, Vintage Inns and Premium Country Pubs help execute it at a Brand and local level.
  • Generate content ideas, brief agencies (when required) and bring wider digital ideas and opportunities to hit KPIs.
  • Write copy and select content for monthly content plans and schedule these for the relevant platforms
  • Lead/provide guidance, and deliver relevant training, to a team of Local Social District Champions for Premium Division.
  • Create monthly content plans to be cascaded to Local Social District Champions for Premium
  • Capture imagery and video content for relevant social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok
  • Organise and lead social content shoots to support brand campaigns
  • Monitor, review and repurpose UGC for Miller & Carter and Vintage Inns brand level social pages.
  • Report on campaign performance, including learnings and recommendations for next steps.
  • Be comfortable using social media management tools.
  • Keep on top of social media trends

 

What you’ll need to bring to the Social Media Content Creator role: 

Just like our brands, our teams are diverse. You’ll have/be..

  • A social media native who is comfortable to adapt and change at the speed of social, working collaboratively and building relationships with our Retail Teams , in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • A passion for developing amazing creative content, but also has a thirst for data and insights.
  • A proactive approach with an excellent eye for detail.
  • Have the ability to shoot and edit mobile phone content (as well as an understanding of editing software such as Canva).
  • Have a genuine passion and understanding of social, with a test and learn mindset and the ability to bring consumer insights into planning to help optimise performance.
  • Understanding of social media KPIs and how to translate reports into actionable insights.
  • Have excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills.
