I joined the Mitchells & Butlers Recruitment Team in July 2025 and have loved every moment since! I work closely with our fantastic Area Managers across some of our most iconic brands – including Miller & Carter, Vintage Inns, Harvester, and Ember Inns, to name just a few. I primarily support recruitment across the West Midlands, East and South East England – covering areas such as Warwickshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and North London – and occasionally assist with opportunities in the South West.  I specialise in recruiting for General Manager and Head Chef roles, helping talented hospitality professionals take the next step in their careers. I’m passionate about connecting great people with exciting opportunities and helping them find their perfect fit within the M&B family.

What do I love about my role?: What I love most about my role is meeting amazing people and helping them find a role where they can really shine. Every conversation is different, and it’s so rewarding to match talented individuals with great opportunities across Mitchells & Butlers.
