I joined Mitchells & Butlers Recruitment Team in January 2022, and haven’t looked back since! I recruit for General Manager and Head Chef/Kitchen Manager positions across the Midlands, in areas including but not limited to- Birmingham, Coventry, Stratford, Warwick, Rugby, and Stoke-On-Trent. You can often find me out and about meeting with Area Managers in a range of our brilliant businesses- Miller & Carter, Harvester, and many more!  

My favourite part of my role is seeing how much our General Managers and Head Chefs flourish once they are in a business they love- playing a small part in this makes me so proud. I also love seeing our success stories of people who join us from transferrable industries, such as contract catering, and retail.
