As an Area Manager with Vintage Inns, you will oversee a district of thirteen charming country pubs along the picturesque South Coast, including charming locations in Barnstable, Poole, Taunton, Hampshire, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Torquay, Eastleigh, Plymouth, Wimbourne and Exeter.
You will be leading and inspiring teams at our fantastic pubs- like the historic Drum Inn in Torquay, designed by the renowned architect Sir Edwin Lutyens in 1936, or at the serene Fishers Pond in Eastleigh, where stunning views over the tranquil pond captivate our guests. These are just two of the thirteen beautiful pubs in our highly sought-after collection, nestled in one of the UK's most beautiful regions.

What will I be doing…?
Your job will be so varied and rewarding that this little taster will never do it justice, but we'll give it our best shot.
- Inspiring, leading and coaching your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes to food, drink and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
- Leading a diverse management team of roughly 50 across 13 sites in our South Coast patch
- Driving people succession through your district through successful coaching and mentoring
- Investing time across your district, supporting your teams, ensuring they’re the best they can be and working together to deliver results to be proud of
- Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistent high standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
- Ensuring your teams maintain a safe, clean and risk-free environment
