We are actively recruiting a Corporate Recruitment Manager who will support the Lead Corporate Recruitment Manager with attracting, recruiting and retaining the best internal and external talent for Mitchells & Butlers. As Corporate Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for supporting, engaging, and partnering with our Corporate Hiring Managers across a variance of high volume vacancies within a range of functions including HR, Marketing, IT, Finance and Property. What will I be doing?

·  Providing professional support and specialist advice on recruitment to line managers and departmental managers and advising on best practice recruitment and selection

·  Creating job advertisements and implementing recruitment campaigns to attract high quality candidates both internally and externally for both high volume and niche vacancies

·  Preparing interview format inc. behavioural-based interview questions with the Hiring Managers

·  In partnership with Hiring Managers, conducting face to face/remote behavioural based interviews

·  Establishing, maintaining & growing corporate external talent pools for high volume areas of recruitment

·  Ensuring candidates and Hiring Managers receive a great experience at all times

·  Monitoring and continuously improving the external & internal candidate journeys for corporate applicants

·  Being a brand ambassador for Mitchells & Butlers and promoting M&B as an employer of choice

·  Liaising with our partner agencies and maintaining strong connections and partnerships

·  Educating Hiring Managers on external market knowledge and making suitable recommendations for upcoming recruitment campaigns


What do I need?
