Our Digital Attraction Manager role is perfect for anyone with an eye for design and creativity but who also loves tracking the success of all their hard work; someone who has a way with words but also a knack for numbers. If this sounds like you, a Digital Attraction Manager role with us could be your perfect match.

We have an awesome opportunity (although we are kind of biased), for a creative and data-minded individual to join our Recruitment and Attraction team, as a Digital Attraction Manager on a 12 month FTC. This is a ‘mobile’ role supporting all of our pubs, bars and restaurants across the UK and so there is plenty of flexibility, however you will need to be able to attend meetings that will be predominantly Midlands based twice a week as this is where our Retail Support Centre is located.

About us…

Serving with pride since 1898, Mitchells & Butlers are the heart of UK hospitality. In fact, you already know us, even if you don’t realise it! We own and run more than 1,600 pubs, bars and restaurants including the stylish All Bar One brand, legendary Miller & Carter steakhouses, and the iconic Toby Carvery. We are Mitchells & Butlers, and we set the industry standard.

What’s in it for me?

  • Mobile working: the flexibility to work from home, from our pubs or in our retail support centre
  • A company car to get you from A to B (and back again) when meetings call
  • Love eating out? You'll love it even more with a tasty 33% discount across all our brands. Whether it’s date night at Miller & Carter or family roast at Toby Carvery we’ve got you covered
  • You can buy two weeks extra holiday each year, life is for living after all!
  • On top of all this, we offer; a pension, 26 days paid holiday, high-street shopping discounts; and we even give you free shares! There's also a free employee helpline- to support you with whatever life throws at you.

What makes Mitchells & Butlers a great place to work?

To us, a career isn’t just about ‘clocking in’. We really care about our colleagues, and we’re an employer that keeps a promise. In fact, as one of the largest employers in the country, with over 44,000 people working for us, we have the responsibility of valuing every contribution from a diverse workforce that are representative of our guests, and who make us stronger. We continue to build a culture that values our differences and embraces them as strengths, and we recognise that there is always work to be done.

What will I be doing as Digital Attraction Manager?

  • Building, designing and optimising web content for our careers site in line with our Employer Brand to showcase what working at M&B is all about with a particular focus on improving SEO and driving traffic.
  • Using our range of data analytics tools (from the likes of our applicant tracking system and Google Analytics) to identify successes, trends and areas for optimisation; providing data-led insight to wider business to support recruitment strategy.
  • Continually audit and improve our digital candidate journey ensuring an efficient, enjoyable and inclusive experience whilst tracking conversion rates throughout.
  • Support in designing our seasonal recruitment campaigns by providing data insight and building engaging web content.
  • Collaborating closely with our suppliers and partners to ensure we’re making the most of digital platforms.

What do I need to bring to this Digital Attraction Manager role?

  • A FLAIR FOR CREATIVITY! Talented in copy writing and design, strong proofreading skills and a great eye for detail – a base knowledge of writing HTML is also a great start but not a must!
  • AN EYE FOR DATA! A thorough, advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar; independently capable of using complex formulae and functionality.
  • CURIOSITY! You’ll have autonomy to follow and explore any hunches you might have so we want someone who isn’t afraid to use their skills to try something new.
  • Any knowledge of search engine optimisation techniques and how to improve website performance is great but we’re happy to support in building this knowledge.
  • A love for hospitality because we’re all about good people, good food and good times.

Could you be a great addition to our team? Apply for this Digital Attraction Manager role today and we’ll be in touch to explore how you could be part of our exciting future.
