At The Cock Inn, Cockfosters, we're looking for a General Manager to take on this iconic business in the Barnet area. With outstanding interiors, carefully selected to bring together elements of contemporary and traditional décor, as well as impeccably stylish dining spaces, The Cock Inn presents a great opportunity for a General Manager with a proven track record to begin their career with Premium Country Pubs – driving sales across our well-balanced food and drinks trade, and engaging with our teams and our guests alike.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a proven track record who has great leadership skills. As General Manager, you will have a real drive to exceed expectations. If you’re an enthusiastic General Manager who loves to lead a team and serve with passion & pride then we would love to hear from you.
THE ROLE:
Managing and training your team
Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
Working towards and achieving business targets
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
