As a HR Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing a full recruitment administrative service including all necessary On-boarding administration for Retail Management & Head Office recruitment and delivering a full Legal Working administration service by collecting and collating all legal documentation as per HMRC guidelines. Working in our Birmingham city centre head office, you’ll be part of our Onboarding & Legal Working Team that sits within our Award-Winning Employee Shared Services Centre.

What will I be doing?
- Playing an active part in a busy centralised HR Support team, providing administrative support to the HR Recruitment Team such as posting adverts on to external websites, arranging interviews and administering offers as outlined by the Recruitment Managers
- Providing an excellent service to new or prospective employees, responding to applicant queries and providing support where required
- Preparing and issuing new starter offer letters and documentation and ensuring that accurate and timely information is recorded in the HR and Recruitment systems using PeopleNet (SAP HR System)
- Ensuring all pre-employment checks are made, including licenses and legal working documentation and chase outstanding documentation and references, as necessary
What do I need?

- Good knowledge of HR processes
- Previous administration experience
- Interpersonal and team-work skills are essential
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure, prioritising work and working within tight time scales
- Excellent attention to detail
- Integrity and tact
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confer at all levels
- Good knowledge of Excel/Word
- Working knowledge of SAP desirable
- A passion for candidate journey and experience
