As the Operations Manager for High Street pubs and bars, you will be directly responsible for leading, coaching and inspiring your team of Area Managers to deliver the brand’s strategic plan, reporting to, and working alongside the Operations Director. You will play a key role in the evolution and development of the brand strategy with the support of central teams to include marketing, human resources, property, and finance. You will also have the opportunity to work on company and brand level projects alongside delivering an extensive and fast paced capital investment programme. Our successful candidate will have a background of operational excellence, accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of the food and drink marketplace, and robust examples of delivering outstanding results.
The role is flexible in terms of geography, either covering the north or south of the UK- to suit the successful candidates location and preference.
The High Street brand is a collection of 108 modern and classic pubs, stretching across the UK in some of the most exciting metropolitan and suburban settings. We love serving seasonal pub classics alongside our bespoke drinks range, or getting the party atmosphere going if that’s more appropriate. The rich variety of sites and formats makes this Operations role especially exciting. The newly appointed Operations Manager must have the ability to deliver high levels of team engagement, inspiring the team to operate exceptional businesses with passion and pride. The ideal candidate for this role will be energising, future focused and lead from the front. They must also be a proven high performing operator, able to demonstrate outstanding people, profit, guest, and practices results.

Experience required:
- Proven track record of leading high performing management level teams to deliver exceptional results
- Good understanding of operational P&L and capital investment
