Here at Mitchells & Butlers, we are partnering with Lifetime Education and are excited to announce that we have an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to kick start their HR career by immersing themselves in a FTSE 250 company and joining our People Services Team.

We are offering an amazing 18-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity at an FTSE 250 company within our award-winning People Services Team. If you’re looking for a supportive and fun apprenticeship opportunity within hospitality, then look no further. During your employment you’ll be supported by not only our Apprenticeship Partner at Lifetime Training but with your own mentor. Whether it’s practical “how to” support or discussing what’s next, we will have you covered.
The schemes available are:
BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION LVL 3
Once you apply, we can discuss in more detail the standards involved in each scheme and the modules you will be expected to complete.
You’ll be working in our Birmingham city centre head office, so this is a perfect opportunity for somebody looking to gain valuable HR experience in a friendly and relaxed office. Gaining experience across our People Support function you’ll develop various skills in office administration, business support and customer experience through on the job learning with our People Support Advisors.

What you’ll need to bring to the People Services Apprentice role:
- A passion for delivering a great service.
- To be highly motivated and organised.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire to make today a better day than the last. Driven and eager to learn.

Apprenticeship eligibility:
- You must not be in any other form of PT/FT education or training,
- You will undertake Functional Skills if you haven’t achieved a grade 4 or above in Maths and English,
- Have lived in the EU/UK for a minimum of 3 years
